Due to Covid 19, The Trophy House will not be excepting returns until further notice.
To receive refund, customer must send a picture of your damaged product and packaging. Once we receive pictures of your item, we will inspect and notify you of the status of the refund. If picture is approved, we will initiate a refund to credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will NOT be issued for any miss-spelling. This is our policy because The Trophy House goes above and beyond product design approval before shipping. A proof will be issued before The Trophy House personalizes and ships your item. We cannot emphasize enough by approving your design, you are giving permission to process the order.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
At The Trophy House, it is our utmost goal to have orders processed and ready to be shipped in 2-3 business days; however, this is dependent on inventory. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimate
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Trophy House ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once order has shipped containing tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Trophy House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Trophy House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
